Due to the current situation related to the SARS-COV-2 coronavirus, we have introduced a number of rules for staying in our hotel. These rules result from our concern for the safety of you and our employees. We are open to your comments, which will allow us to improve our services.
RULES FOR YOU:
The check-in at the Guesthouse has been reduced to a minimum;
Please keep a distance of 2 meters from other other;
Please wear your mask at all times when you move around the common spaces;
Breakfast and meals are served for guests in the dining room with a minimum distance of 2 meters between the tables;
We do not accept guests for quarantine purposes;
Only the hotel guests are allowed to stay in the accommodation part.
GENERAL RULES AND PROCEDURES
We use certified chemicals to ensure a high level of microbiological safety;
We provide liquid for disinfecting hands in the whole guesthouse.
In accordance with the Main Sanitary Institute (GIS) guidelines, we disinfect all surfaces in the reception and dining room, as well as door handles and railings in the rooms;
A protective barrier is mounted at the reception desk.
We encourage non-cash payments;
We provide telephone numbers to sanitary and epidemiological units and services;
In the event of a suspected coronavirus infection, a special isolation facility has been established until the appropriate services arrive.
The room will not be cleaned during the stay. In case the Guest wants to have his towels and bed sheets changed, the service will be provided.
After the guests leave the room, it will be aired, then cleaned only a day or two after the guests’ departure and covered by the longest possible quarantine protection before new guests check in.
All guests are obliged to disinfect their hands when using our dining room;
The guests are served by our staff wearing disposable gloves and masks, which are changed regularly;
The tables and chairs in our dining room have been rearranged in such a way as to provide guests with a safe distance in accordance with the applicable standards;
Tables and chairs are disinfected after each guest. After that the table is marked as "disinfected".
RULES FOR PERSONNEL:
For the safety of our guests and employees, we check if there are any infection symptoms;
We provide our employees with all the necessary personal protective equipment such as masks, visors and gloves;
Our staff work in small teams to reduce the possibility of virus transmission ;
Trainings in the above-mentioned procedures have been conducted.
Our common health is our priority.
